Initial commit: UI/UX dashboard skeleton

- Basic Flask backend with mock metrics API
- Bootstrap/Chart.js frontend dashboard
- Displays key metrics: PnL, drawdown, win rate
- Interactive charts and auto-refresh
- Ready for integration with real data sources
